My Refection...2nd Grading Period

                    Second grading period is coming to an end. It is just showing that time is moving faster. It only means that we shouldn't waste our time by doing something stupid and we must use it wisely. This whole second period made me think hard because there is something that I want to achieve. In the past grading period, I've learned that "If I can do it right now, why wait for tomorrow." I also learned that I need to be more active in my classes because I'm not contented yet on what I achieved on that first grading period. That was only the pressure; however, there are many things that I learned on my subjects on this period, like in T.L.E, how to make a HTML file, how to design this file and to make it more attractive and readable so that the readers will enjoy on reading the topics. In Science, the kinds of energy that we have, how will they work, how can you tell an object is doing a work, different kinds of principles and laws, how a car engine starts to work and a lot more. Those are some of the new things that I learned in this period.

                    Problems?, I had many, like in my Mathematics subject. Some of the lessons are hard to understand, they are so difficult that I even got bored on listening to my teacher. Other problem is my project in ICT, but I'm not the only person who is making that project. We were grouped and thanks to God, we've done it on time. Well. all of my other problems and those that I've mentioned earlier are solved with the help of my classmates.

                    Moving on, I'll expect more projects, assignments and activities for the next grading period. Well, I'll be ready and I'm not afraid to attempt everything in a good way just to achieve my goal.

Scientricity: Energizing Science Clubbers for Sustainable Energy

                     Science is an interesting subject but at the same time difficult. Few people found it interesting and some are not. Science is base in our everyday life. What you are doing is Science, placing a thing and a lot more.

                     This month the Science Teachers and the students of Ilocos Sur National High School is celebrating with the theme of Scientricity: Energizing Science Clubbers for Sustainable Energy. Being a part of a Science Club is meant a lot for a person. If a person wanted to be in that club he/she needs to be physically and mentally active and good in giving ideas or what we call brainstorming. All of them should be like that, no only the president because the officers and also the members have an each task. They need to work together to fulfill all of the task that were assigned to them. All of the active members of the club is the one who is maintaining the club to be unbreakable.

The Light in our Path

Some says , teaching is just a simple profession but they didn't know it is an occupation or a job that needs a special knowledge. It is not just one plus one that's not how simple it is. This profession is treated by everybody like easy by some and difficult by others. But being the person handling this job is so not easy. Others do not understand them because some of the teachers are strict and they don't have consideration for their pupils. But the way they treat us like that, they only want us to be independent, to strengthen our weaknesses, and to make us do our task on time. They are the reason why you guys, the people in the world now have a job to be proud of. You are their products. What you've learned and gained from them is what you are right now. We students, they are still sharpening our minds, still giving us knowledge, and developing us to be capable of facing the trials of life, like finding a job. They are the other light in my path, the guide to be the future Atty. Pablico

My Wonderwoman

                The sun rises with sweet greetings of morning, soft kiss in my cheeks and the feeling of the tight grasp with the arms of my mom. Smelling the delicious air coming out from the kitchen which she cooked with tender loving care. Before we take those love and care inside of us, she makes us feel the presence of our Lord in our seats. Guiding all of us before we go throughout our door to face the challenges of life. A hero won’t let her love ones suffer or feel sad because it is her responsibility to make sure everything is okay. My hero is not superman, batman or captain America though, we all know they are strong and fast or in short we call them invincible. My hero is also strong, strong enough to make us feel safe in her arms. She is also fast, fast enough to give us everything we need.

               

                The hero that I consider, the only person that is a hero to me is my mom. She is my origin; everything in me, what I became is because of her. She’s at my side when my walls are falling, helping me to rebuild them again. She is my light when my surroundings became dark. My guide in my everyday life. the soul of my world and the queen of my kingdom. Every rules and regulations are made by her and to be followed by me and my siblings. My inspirational gift came from God that teaches us His lessons and be the guide in doing good things here on earth. She loves us so much regardless from our mistakes. She taught us to be responsible enough for us to be capable on handling everything.

                She is my life, my inspiration, a priceless possession of mine and my hero of all time. She is my Mother!

The Language of Our Own

                    The month of August is the month of our Filipino language and we the students studying here in the Philippines is celebrating it every year. There will be some programs to be shown, like singing few folk songs or dancing, some contests to be held in different schools. It is just reminding us Pilipinos, that our language is very important and needs to be use, for it won't slowly disappear. Having our own language symbolizes that our country is free from those foreigners. Once our country was conquered, it was like a cage. The Pilipinos in that time can't even decide for their own. But now Pilipinos are like eagles flying high without chains in their legs. Our language doesn't only symbolizes our freedom but also the cultures and traditions of Pilipinos. A Pilipino is different from those other men in different countries. We may learn different languages but still we will never replace the language who existed even we weren't born yet. You may take a Pilipino out from his land but you will never take away from him the characteristics of a Pilipino. Pilipinos are one of the people on the world who speak English fluently. English is the international language, basically we are using this language here in our own country. There is nothing bad about it but don't you think, it is better if we use our own language instead? By using our own thing it will only mean showing great love to our country. Our language means who we are, what we are and what we have.   

  

My Reflection

                   New School had come. everything is new, the teachers, classroom and the knowledge even having a new classmate. this school year on the first grading period my expectations were true, about the lessons in all subjects. They wee difficult but listening to the teacher and understanding the lessons were the only solution for it. This first grading period, I learned a lot, especially from the subject of science and mathematics. When I was in third year, Science was boring and difficult. I couldn't even understand some of our lessons. But now, my interest went to this subject. It is amazing knowing everything has its cause and reason. It Explains everything. I learned to appreciate this subject because of my teacher. I learned so much from her, about gravity, how to compute speed and a lot more. It's funny because I'm addicted to computer and I don't even know a blog is existed. I also learned a lot from TLE subject. How to make a blog, the history of Internet and those peoples who were behind this Internet. I also became interested in Math, before my brain was twisted solving all those equations. The difficult part for me is the signs of the numbers. What will I do if is it positive or negative. Thanks to my classmates I know what to do already.
                     
                    The problems that I have encountered were catching up the time making my projects. I had almost lose my hope for finishing my projects but I told myself I have to finish all of this to have a good grades. Then next thing I knew I submitted them to my teachers. Having a poor eyesight was the biggest problem. I'm seated at 4th row and it was difficult for me to read the lessons that were written in the blackboard but this problem was already solve when my mom bought me an eyeglasses. I was hard up on catching up the first lesson an Science. It was difficult to understand but as time goes by I finally understood that lesson, by reading it, analyzing the drawing and the equation.
                     
                     Moving on, I will study harder because the next grading period will be harder than the last. I'll expect more assignments, projects and activities.

The Third SONA of Our President

               July 23, 2012 was the date of the third State Of  the Nation Address of our President Benigno Aquino III. there were similarities from his 1st and 2nd until now his 3rd SONA but still there were new about it. he mentioned a little bit about the using of wang-wang and of course his signature words 'Tatahakin natin ang tuwid na daan.' He mentioned a lot of problems like the lack of money to support everything in our country. Also something about buying a second hand helicopter in the price of brand new which means there is a corruption going on. the other problems that our country are facing right now is the lack of facilities in schools and concerning about parenthood. the parents should be responsible and always having their attention to their children so hat they won't lose their way in the journey of having a good life. We all know about the past issue of our past Chief Justice Renato Corona and our president discussed this ti his SONA about the bad things he did in our country. there is another issue about the Philippines is now the one who is lending the money to the other countries.

               Base from all of this, our president is really determine to solve all the problems and hopefully he can change our country for the better.
